Unmeggable FC hit double digits in win against Burnaby Offside

Unmeggable FC enjoyed a comfortable game, defeating Burnaby Offside FC 11-2. Their offensive dominance proved to be too much to handle as they cruised to their third victory of the season.

It wouldn’t take long for Unmeggable FC to get on the scoreboard as they scored within the first five minutes. The opening goal would only be the beginning as they added five more goals inside the opening twenty minutes. Unmeggable FC proved to have too much skill and endurance as they ran laps around their opponent, beating them in everything from shots to saves. Burnaby Offside FC did add two goals before half-time to make it 5-2 but they proved to be no good as Unmeggable FC added six more goals in the second half.

The second half followed the same patterns as the first half except that Unmeggable FC were more ruthless in front of goal. Starting in the 34th minute, they poured down the attack, charging Burnaby’s goal from left, right and center. Burnaby Offside FC had no answer for Unmeggable FC’s dominance as they could barely get out of their own half. By the time the game was over, the scoreboard had read 11-2 as Unmeggable FC ran to another convincing victory.

With this win, sit comfortably in 2nd place with three wins, three losses and one draw. This dominating display greatly helped their goal difference as they have now scored 36 goals in 7 games and have a goal difference of 7. For Burnaby Offside FC, this was no doubt a rough day at the office and they will hope for a more effective style of play in the weeks to come.
