Tapatios breeze past Romania in dominant victory

Tapatios FC scored 14 goals to run past Romania FC in the second match week of the season. This game was all Tapatios as they ran laps around their opponent for a very convincing victory.

As soon as this game began, Romania came roaring with their attack. In the first minute, they scored their first goal, and if you blinked you would’ve missed it. Romania quickly gained momentum into Tapatios’ half and Jordan Marini tapped the ball into the net for the early lead. Unfortunately, the lead wouldn’t last long as Tapatios returned the attack in the 4th minute. The Romania goalkeeper was forced to extend his arms, but he couldn’t stop the shot as Tapatios scored the equalizer. Just a minute later, Tapatios were back on the attack, gaining the lead in the 5th minute and extending it to 3-1 in the 7th minute. Romania weren’t going down without a fight when they cut the lead to 3-2 thirty seconds after Tapatios scored. The goalkeeper was left exposed and Lucas Reis had an easy tap-in for the goal. It was a real goal scoring frenzy as both teams continued to trade goals in the opening moments of the game. In the 8th minute, Tapatios worked as a team with the final result being a wonderful scissor kick for their fourth goal. However, just four minutes later Romania were back on the attack, creating a break of their own. Salov Salvatore drilled a shot from outside the box, catching the goalkeeper by surprise for the goal. Following Romania’s third goal, Tapatios smelled blood in the water and never looked back, scoring six unanswered goals in a row to extend the lead to 10-3. There aren’t many ways to describe this game other than the blatant blowout that it was. The game was neck and neck in the first 10 minutes, but once things got close Tapatios proved their gap in class and play.

This was pure domination from Tapatios and their spirits will be high following this incredible victory. Romania has now split their first two games with a win and a loss and they will hope to add a second win in their next game.
