Sign-up Fee and Membership Fee Payments Policy

Sign-up Fee

Teams always pay the entry fee for the upcoming season no later than 10 days prior to the league start. The amount of the entry fee is determined by the CML Board of Directors, it is used to cover the rental of playing areas, rewards to the game journalists, and rewards for league coordinators.

Membership Fee

Membership fees are always paid during the player registration for a new season. All players, coaches, and/or officials on your team must pay the CML Membership before they step on the field. The amount of membership fees are determined by the CML Board of Directors; they are used to pay the insurance of the CML members and fees for the back-end portal. It also ensures the organization of competitions in the small football in the Greater Vancouver Area.

Any player/coach/manager who doesn’t have a valid membership will not be able to participate in any game.

Players must show proof of payment before the game begins to be counted as part of the team and play in any league game. Check with the referee before each game to see if all players in your team are listed on the team roster and have paid CML Membership.

Entry fees and membership fees are paid to the CML through the GotSport portal during player registration for the league.
