Refund Policy

If a participant/team wishes to withdraw from a league or event, CML will provide a refund less a $50 administrative fee or 10% of the registration fee, whichever is greater, if the following conditions are met:

For Individuals

• The participant’s withdrawal, before the league start will not significantly affect the number of players on his/her team or make the team short of players necessary to make the team.
• If an individual wants to be withdrawn and for that reason, his/her team will not have enough players to play in the league, no refund will be given.
• If the withdrawal is during the season, the fee will be calculated based on the number of remaining games.

For Teams

• The team’s withdrawal will not affect the start of the league. If they are teams on a waitlist, the team will be swapped with another team on the waitlist.
• If the team wants to be withdrawn and the league fails to start for that reason, no refund will be given.
• It is not during the season and/or less than 1 week before the start of the season.

In all other cases, CML does not refund league, tournament, or event registration fees.
