It took a while for the first goal of the second half to be scored but as soon as it was scored, the floodgates for goals opened up. In the 37th minute, Burnaby Offside FC scored their third goal when Theo Boucherie got on the end of a clearance from FC Silverbacks. They left the net open and exposed and Boucherie blasted the ball into an open net.

Two minutes later, FC Silverbacks finally got on the board with their first goal of the game. In the 40th minute, Kyle Ching cut the lead to one after he made a run to the front of the net and had an easy tap-in finish.

A rare sight to see FC Silverbacks lose but Burnaby Offside FC dug deep and came together for this victory. After their fourth win of the season and second win in a row, they will be hoping to continue their momentum in the weeks to come.
