Brazcouver score season’s highest total with 24

The next matchup was between Brazcouver and Average Joes. Average Joes entered the match in 7th place and were still searching for their first points since getting a win on opening day. Meanwhile, Brazcouver were looking to start a winning streak after beating Unmeggable FC 6-5 in the previous week.

Not a minute had passed and Brazcouver was already on the board. Rocha had all the time in the world to dribble the ball into the Average Joes half and place the ball past the goalkeeper. In the 3rd minute, following a corner, the ball found the head of #2 who soared higher than any Average Joe defender and scored Brazcouver’s 2nd goal. In the 5th minute, an Average Joes attack was intercepted half-way through and #8 was left alone in front of the goal to make it 3-0. Two minutes later, #8 scored his 2nd after he followed up on an original miss by Rech. A minute after their 4th goal, Brazcouver scored their 5th courtesy of #2 who dribbled past three defenders and scored. In the 10th minute, a long ball was played over top to #8 who passed it across goal to get #2 his 2nd.

In minute 12, #2 showed off his dribbling skills and speed after he dribbled through the defence to cap off his hat-trick. However, his scoring display wasn’t over as he bagged his 4th goal in the 14th minute. Another goal came in quick succession after the 8th goal after the ball was played to Rocha who found himself free in front of goal. A 10th goal and Rocha’s 3rd came in the 17th minute when he was once again left all alone in front of goal. A minute later, Brazcouver scored their 11th goal from Rech’s outside the box strike. Average Joes were able to hold off the attack for a short while until the 23rd minute when #2 deflected a strike from Rech into the net. When the half-time whistle blew, Brazcouver was leading 12-0.

Out of half-time, Brazcouver score two goals in the 26th minute both from #1 in front of goal. Santos scored his 1st goal of the game from a tight angle in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, #8 was left all alone in front of goal once again to become the 3rd Brazcouver player to score a hat-trick. He scored his 4th a minute later during a counter attack. #2 netted his 2nd hat-trick in the 36th minute when he once again dribbled through the entire Average Joes’ defence. #1 scored his hat-trick in the 39th minute after he forced the goalkeeper out of his net and spun the ball past him and the defender on the line. His 4th was scored two minutes later in the 41st minute. Rech was next in line to score his hat-trick after a pass from #1 played him right in front of goal. #1 had his 5th goal when he and Rocha were all alone in the Joes’ half with absolutely zero defenders in sight. Brazcouver’s 24th and final goal came in the 45th minute from #1 after he spun a defender and blasted it past the goalkeeper. Final: 24-0.

What a display from Brazcouver. Meanwhile, one to forget for Average Joes. Five different Brazcouver players scored a hat-trick and six players got on the scoresheet. They far and away have the largest goal difference with 95 goals scored. With each win, Brazcouver closer to being back at the top of the table.
